What is the battery life of Polar H10 Heart Rate Sensor, and is it rechargeable?
Polar H10 Heart Rate Sensor uses a CR2025 battery, which is not rechargeable. It has a battery life of approximately 400 hours of use. When the battery does run low, it's easy to replace it with a new CR2025 coin cell battery.

Yes, Polar H10 heart rate sensor can be used together with a sports watch. Polar H10 is compatible with many sports watches that support Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity, including Polar sports watches and other brands.

Yes – with Polar Beat App (dual Bluetooth). You can use H10 with two devices simultaneously, for example with compatible gym equipment, and with Polar Watches to get your live heart rate on both devices.

How to pair with Polar flow app?
1- Wear the sensor
2- Open Polar Flow app
3- Go to 'Start Training'. Tap 'Settings'. Select 'Pair'.
4- The sensor name will appear in 'HR Sensor' view
Once paired, your sports watch should receive heart rate data direct from Polar H10.

How can I maximize the battery life? How should I take care of my H10 sensor?
Detach the connector from the strap after each use, and rinse and clean both with mild soap. Dry and store the strap and the connector separately to maximize the heart rate sensor battery lifetime.
